Donna is a dedicated and empathetic Medical Assistant with over 18 years in direct patient care and office management experience. She is committed to obtaining the highest level of patient communication and satisfaction

Donna has chosen to work at Alabama Functional Medicine because she has a passion to be a part of a practice that seeks to discover the root cause of issues and equips patients to have an optimal quality of life. Donna is a certified IASIS technician and a HOCATT technician.

Donna met Dr. McWhorter when he was 15 years old in their church youth group. She is a mother of two grown, married daughters and the grandmother of three. She enjoys spending time with her family, sewing, monogramming and reading.
