  • Provider Appointments: 1 annual visit, 1 follow-up, 2 acute/sick visits per year

  • Additional visits with MD/NP: $95/visit plus the cost of any procedures or therapies provided at visit

Membership Fees

Memberships start at $1,000 to $4750 per month.

When your program contract ends, if you have signed up to do the Total New You, Revitalize You, Energize You, or Vavavoom You program, your membership will automatically transfer to our Sustain You program, unless you let us know that you would like to cancel your membership at the end of the contract.

    If you have signed up to do the Younger You program, the program contract automatically renews every year, unless you decide to cancel at the end of the end of the 12-month contract.  

  • No. These programs are designed as payment plans to help spread your cost of treatment out over the course of 3 to 12 months, depending on your program selection. You will likely complete a greater number of procedures/therapies in the earlier months of your treatment and less in the later months.

  • Additional procedures/therapies may be purchased at a fee-for-service price once procedure/therapy credits are depleted.

  • The therapy credits can be utilized for the in-office therapies and treatments that are recommended on your treatment plan that is developed during your first visit.

    They cannot be:

    • Transferred to family members

    • Used for specialized testing

    • Carried over to the next year

    • Applied to purchase of supplements

  • Non-members may utilize our HOCATT Ozone Sauna, IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback, Hugo PEMF, Red Light Therapy and some IV therapies (IV Vitamin C-25g, JumpSTART IV) on a fee-for-service basis. Non-members will not have access to a provider.

  • Yes. Supplements are available for purchase for both members and non-members at SaluxisEssentials.com

  • Yes! Once you’ve reached the Sustain You program, our goal is to keep you there. Occasional maintenance therapies/procedures are perfect to help you stay feeling great. These may be purchased at a fee-for-service price.
