The EMSella is the first device of its kind for the treatment of urinary incontinence. The EMSella is a chair that uses a high-intensity electromagnetic field (like an MRI) to activate motor neurons in the pelvic floor.

FROM OUR PATIENTS
“After having my second session on the BTL EMSella, I was urinating and wanted to try to stop my urine midstream a few times to try to strengthen my muscles. To my amazement it shut off a medium strong stream. I could not do that before!”
- Ashley L.
"The EMSella chair has made it possible to expand my social activities. My stool incontinence, caused by having my gall bladder removed, is now under control because of this wonderful treatment. I didn't realize just how much I had avoided eating out over the last few years because of this problem. Now I can be normal again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!"

Any adult, but the procedure is typically done in those 25 and older.
Patients should see full results of the procedure within 6 weeks.
The EMSella® works by treating the muscles and main components of connective tissue in the pelvic floor area.
The EMSella takes about 30 minutes.
We typically expect the effects of the EMSella® to last a year or more, though the time may be as short as 9 months. We recommend repeating a single session at 6-month intervals. 92% of patients retained the beneficial effect at 6 months.
2 treatments a week for 3 weeks (6 treatments total). Then a treatment every 6 months.
Some patients will notice a temporary fullness or increased blood flow to the pelvis.
While there are concerns with electronic equipment interference, there have been no reports of serious complications.
